Learn how to create Organizations, invite team members, transfer credits, and share brands — all in one place.
What are Organizations?
Organizations let you collaborate as a team. Share a credit pool, work on the same brands, and see who created what. Perfect for agencies, marketing teams, or any group working together on visual content.
Open Organization Settings
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard navigation bar. From the dropdown, select 'Manage Organization' to open the organization management panel.

The organization panel gives you a complete overview: your shared credit pool, team members, and brands — all in one place. As an admin, you have full control over credits, members, and brand assignments.

Invite Team Members
Click 'Invite Member' to add people to your organization. Enter their email address, choose their role (Member or Admin), and send the invitation. They will receive an email with a link to join.
Transfer Credits
Credits are the fuel for generating content. Transfer credits from your personal account to the organization so your whole team can create. You can also transfer credits back at any time.
Personal → Organization
Move credits from your personal balance to the shared organization pool. Your team members can then use these credits to generate content.
Organization → Personal
Transfer credits back from the organization to your personal account whenever you need them.
Move & Share Brands
Move brands from your personal account into the organization so all members can access them. Brands in the organization are shared — every member can generate content for them. You can move brands back to your personal account at any time.

Good to know
Can members see each other's creatives?
Yes. All content generated within an organization is visible to every member. You can also see who created each piece of content.
What happens if the organization runs out of credits?
Members won't be able to generate new content until the admin transfers more credits to the organization.
Can I be in multiple organizations?
Yes! You can switch between your personal account and any organization you belong to using the organization switcher in the navigation.
Can I remove a brand from the organization?
Yes. As an admin, you can move any brand back to your personal account at any time. All associated campaigns will move with it.
